Knowledge management [in our view] facilitates continuous and ongoing processes of learning and unlearning. In this view, it is recognized that change is the 'name of the game'
                                                          Yogesh Malhotra (1998).

Our Mission

To create an environment that de-emphasizes the adherence to the "way things have always been done" so that prevailing practices may be continuously assessed from multiple perspectives for their alignment with the dynamically changing external environment.

To support and enable communities of practice, informal and semi-informal networks of individuals, based on shared concerns and interests.

Our Goal

To provide a knowledge repository for our members that reflects their daily practice of the art of project management.  In order to facilitate this we are actively requesting that all our members submit at least one document a year.  This can be anything from a one page tips and techniques on a software tool, to a brief summary of an effective rewards plan, to a 10 page discussion on the difference between project managing a with an Agile methodology vs. a standard waterfall methodology.  Length is unimportant, relevancy to our profession is crucial.

The Knowledge Web

The Library

The FAQ Repository.

This is where we're compiling the email discussions we've had over the years.  This section is in it's infancy so please be sure to visit our public archives at yahoo groups if you don't find what you need here.
